A share of every payment a customer you referred makes — the first one and every renewal after it, for as long as they stay subscribed.
The commission is calculated on what actually reaches us after payment processing and sales tax, not on the sticker price. Reaction is sold through Paddle as merchant of record, and the difference between the two is tax we never hold.
Reaction starts with a 14-day free trial and charges nothing until it ends. A signup is not a commission; the first real payment is.
Your rate is fixed in writing when you join. If we agree different terms with you, those are the terms.

Your link is an ordinary page URL with ?ref= and your code. It works on any page of the site and in any language.
The first source a visitor arrives from is the one credited, and it is remembered for 90 days. Someone who finds your article, leaves to think it over and comes back through a bookmark still counts as yours.
If the same visitor later arrives through another partner, the first one keeps the sale. We do not resell the same referral twice.
Nothing to install and no script to embed. The link is the whole mechanism.

A new commission is held while the refund window runs, then approved. Held commissions are visible in your cabinet from the day they are earned.
Approved commissions are paid out once a month, by the method we agree with you — normally Wise, PayPal or bank transfer.
A refunded or charged-back sale reverses the commission it earned. If it was already paid out, it is deducted from the next payout rather than clawed back.
You are responsible for any tax on what you earn. We pay the gross amount and issue a statement on request.

Bidding on “Reaction”, “getreaction” or close variants in paid search, or running ads that read as if they come from us.
Referring yourself, your own accounts, or buying through your own link. Reaction is cheap enough that this is never worth the relationship.
Unsolicited email, mass DMs, comment spam, or posting your link where the venue’s own rules forbid it. A ban earned with our link on it costs us the venue too.
Promising what the product does not do — “guaranteed undetectable”, “works with every tracker”, or anything about defeating a specific employer’s monitoring. Say what it does: it moves and types like a person instead of on a timer.
Coupon, cashback and voucher placements without a separate agreement. They capture buyers who were already on their way to the checkout.

We can end the programme, or your place in it, at any time — but commissions already earned are still paid. Deactivating a partner stops new accrual; it is not a way to avoid a debt.
These terms can change. If they do, we tell you by email before the change applies to what you earn.
Nothing here makes you our employee, agent or representative, and you should not describe yourself as one.
