Refund Policy

Last updated: 11 July 2026

We would rather refund you than have an unhappy customer. This policy explains exactly when you get your money back.

The free trial comes first

Every card subscription starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can test Reaction fully before you pay anything. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged at all.

14-day money back

If you are charged and you are not satisfied, we refund your most recent payment in full, provided you ask within 14 days of that charge. This applies to your first payment and to renewals. You do not have to explain why.

After those 14 days, a payment for the current period is not refundable. You can still cancel, and you keep access until the period you have paid for runs out.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your subscription, and include your licence key or order number. We will confirm within 2 business days.

Card refunds are issued by our Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy or Paddle) back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the money typically appears within 5–10 business days.

Cryptocurrency payments

Crypto payments are prepaid for one period and do not renew automatically.

The same 14-day window applies: we will refund a crypto payment to a wallet address you provide. Because a crypto refund is a new on-chain transaction, network fees are deducted, and we refund the amount originally paid — we cannot compensate for changes in exchange rate between the payment and the refund.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time from your account page or through the link in your subscription email. Cancelling stops future charges immediately; your licence keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. A refund is faster than a chargeback, and we will almost always simply pay you back. Licences associated with a chargeback are suspended.
